--> 5/21/08 Dear Lexington
Residents: Our updated Restrictive Covenants were filed with the St.
Bernard Parish Clerk's Office on May 16th,
2008. Please discard any previous Covenants that you might have, as they
are no longer current. Included in the Covenants are the no
rental policy and the stipulation that modular homes must be 75% brick. There are
other minor, but important changes. Read them over
and feel free to report any violations to your block captains or to Gene
Lemoine, our Covenants Compliance Officer. You can reach Gene @
271-1791 or gene@loftonstaffing.com . Please copy and give this
information to residents that you know don't have e- mail service.
You
can print out a copy from our web site, lexingtonplaceciviccorporation.org. You can
also obtain a copy from the
St. Bernard Parish Clerk's
Office. ALL ACTIONS IN VIOLATION OF THE ORIGINAL AND AMENDED RESTRICTIVE
COVENANTS OF THE LEXINGTON PLACE SUBDIVISION
WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE THE APPROPRIATE COURT AND DEMAND FOR LEGAL FEES
AND/ OR DAMAGES WILL BE REQUESTED.
