Restrictive Covenants
2008 Census

--> 11/8/08 a web update is being completed now.  Please report any incorrect contact numbers by clicking on the FEEDBACK tab.  A Compliance Sweep is currently being conducted by parish government and the LPCC Executive Board.  Blighted houses; overgrown lots; boats, campers, mobile homes parked on slabs in driveways or on the street; debris & new construction piles; missing address signs; parked work vehicles and any non-permitted home improvement projects; and non-permitted rentals will be cited.  Adherence to our covenants preserves the quality of neighborhood Lexington has enjoyed for many years.  Please do your part to FOLLOW all covenants and remind your neighbors to do the same.

--> 5/21/08 Dear Lexington Residents: Our updated Restrictive Covenants were filed with the St. Bernard Parish Clerk's Office on May 16th,

2008. Please discard any previous Covenants that you might have, as they are no longer current. Included in the Covenants are the no

rental  policy and the stipulation that modular homes must be 75% brick. There are other minor, but important changes. Read them over

and feel free to report any violations to your block captains or to Gene Lemoine, our Covenants Compliance Officer. You can reach Gene @

271-1791 or gene@loftonstaffing.com . Please copy and give this information to residents that you know don't have e- mail service. You

can print out a copy from our web site, lexingtonplaceciviccorporation.org. You can also obtain a copy from the St. Bernard Parish Clerk's

Office. ALL ACTIONS IN VIOLATION OF THE ORIGINAL AND AMENDED RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS OF THE LEXINGTON PLACE SUBDIVISION

WILL BE TAKEN BEFORE THE APPROPRIATE COURT AND DEMAND FOR LEGAL FEES AND/ OR DAMAGES WILL BE REQUESTED.

--> 6/5/07 Lexington Place needs to get a crime prevention back in place, we need this now more than ever. Anyone interested in participating in the crime

prevention can call Charlie Borchers 504-278-7628.

-->5/21/07 As of 5/14/07 United Recovery Group will not pick up non-storm related debris. Residents can use the dump on Parish Rd. Contractors must haul off

debris at their on expense. Please inform contractors about this change.
