Neutral Ground Improvements:   Fill is being added to replace the soil that was dug out by removing the storm related debris. The fill process started on Jan. 8,

2008. The fill will be graded to allow rain water to drain off.  After grading the  trees will be planted by the residents of Lexington Place.  Any one interested in

the planting can call Kenny Desselle @ 279- 5211. This project in the month of January or February, after that the trees will not have a good rate of survival.

Look at this great looking tree planting crew!  Anyone need trees planted?  These LPCC members braved the cold weather and mud to plant the Bradford Pear trees on DeBouchel Blvd.  Forty trees were planted on 3/8/08 in less than two hours, these guys can really dig.  More trees will be planted in late January of 09, as we work our way down the Blvd.  Please stay in touch as we may need your help.

This is an example of two monument signs that will allow us to display any information you would like, including photos, animations, video and time/temp. Location will be where the old info. wall was located, on the neutral ground of De Bouchel & Newport.

This wall was voted on and approved by the membership on June 21, 2007.  The work has been completed.

This is the finished digital information sign located on DeBouchel Blvd & Newport Dr.
